Returns Policy
Need to Return/Exchange?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (shipping not included). A return label will be provided if the return is a result of our error, for example you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. All custom items are non-refundable. This includes any and all embroidered hats, headcovers and bags, ect.
Returns and Exchanges must arrive back to us in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, and must be returned with the original tags. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed. Items that do not meet the above criteria or that are damaged in transit back to us may not be refunded.
If you choose to use our Return Label, shipping charges will be deducted from your overall refund. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges or the return shipping costs with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
A refund will be issued to the original form of payment once your return has been processed.
Depending on your payment method, credit card companies may take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days for a refund to post to your bank account.
Please allow up to 7-14 days to be processed for refund from receipt at our facility. We appreciate your patience while we work to increase staffing and processing time. We are always working to increase the customer experience and we hope to speed up this process.
Current average response time is 1 to 3 business days for a response to your inquiry. We are available Monday to Friday, 10am-5pm, however may vary with holidays.
Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
All sale/discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchanged.
